Libby grew up in the Mallee town Quambatook, in Northern Victoria, Australia. An Aboriginal name that translates as ‘resting place by the water hole’, Quambatook is situated on the Avoca River, and lives up to this description.

Both of her parents were community minded, which is not unusual for towns with a small population.
Libby was surrounded by people who contributed to making things happen using their skills and talents.
This generosity of spirit influenced her career choice as a teacher, now conducting small-group screenprint workshops in her backyard studio. Keeping the love of creating, learning and sharing alive and well.
